• Firearm Shipping: All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, per federal law. We do not ship firearms directly to customers.
• Shipping for Other Items: Non-firearm items can be shipped directly to customers, with shipping costs provided at checkout.

• By purchasing from RayGun Custom Firearms, customers assume all risks associated with ownership and usage. RayGun Custom Firearms is not liable for any damages, accidents, or misuse of firearms purchased from our store.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permits and are aware of local, state, and federal regulations governing firearm ownership and use.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying aggressive behavior or appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Customers are expected to handle firearms in-store with care, under the supervision of staff, and must comply with all store policies.
